Return Policy:



Purchase Confirmation: To help ensure the accuracy of your order, we include an image of the dress / item you are buying in your purchase confirmation e-mail. To view this image please make sure your e-mail program will allow remote content in messages.


Sale Merchandise: All sale items are sold ”as is”. Minor imperfections are noted within the description. Sale merchandise is a Final Sale, and non returnable. When ordering, please follow our measurement instructions, and then refer to the size chart for the manufacturer of that item for proper size. All companies make their items to their specific size chart. Not all companies are the same. We are not responsible for measurements not taken by our sales staff.


Standard policy is “no returns” on sale items; however, we understand that exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. If you feel a return is warranted, Store Credit Only will be given with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the store credit.


Requests for return authorization on the merchandise must be made within 7 days after receiving your order.


Processing of the store credit can take up to two weeks. If there is a time constraint due to your upcoming event, please let us know as soon as possible.


All items must be returned in their original condition.


STORE CREDITS may be applied to merchandise only. Shipping is extra.


Process for returning Merchandise:


You must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number within the 7 day return window. Returns will not be accepted without this number. RA numbers expire 7 days after they are issued. The return will not be accepted after this time.


Once the RA is created, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with the RA number and the address to return the merchandise. Please include a brief note describing the reason for the return, and be sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package.


When returning the merchandise, please use a reputable shipping company (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) that can provide you with tracking information. We cannot be responsible for returns sent via a non-traceable currier.


Once received, your return will be processed within 5-7 days. Credits are processed after inspection of the return. If the condition of the merchandise is unacceptable, we will not be able to issue a Store Credit and the merchandise will be returned to you.
